This spring, Meredith Bay obtained a variance from the City of Laconia for our next phase of development, a newly planned 24-unit lakefront Lodge which will be called The North Lodges at Meredith Bay. This brand new part of our wonderful planned community will allow residents to enjoy all that Meredith Bay has to offer
