We recently added a new feature to the Meredith Bay community! Residents can now take advantage of a new, private water access point to Lake Winnipesaukee. Located on Scenic Road just north of the Townhomes, the space includes a swim dock and raft, as well as a picnic table and kayak racks. This beautifully landscaped area is the perfect place to relax and get lost in a great book. The kids can swim out to the raft where they can splash around without getting the adults wet. Kicking back on the dock and enjoying the spectacular views of Lake Winnipesaukee is the perfect way to start or end any day at the lake. Our residents are already enjoying this new community feature to the fullest with their family and friends!
