The homeowners requested an increase in the height of the foundation so that they can make the most out of the beautiful lake views this homesite has to offer.
EXCAVATION
DECEMBER 16, 2020
Huge boulders had to be removed from this homesite to prepare it for the foundation. This wasn’t a small task — but it was worth it!
The stones will be used in the landscaping process to build retaining walls to allow for even better views of the lake. We will be building a natural stone wall surrounding the walkout area that will set the stage for a gorgeous outside entertainment area!
