With decreases in new listings and inventory, and homes staying on the market for shorter periods of time, last month’s indicators speak for themselves. Here’s what happened in the New Hampshire real estate market in January.

New Listings decreased 12.8%

Pending Sales increased 11.2%

Inventory decreased 63.1%

The Median Sales Price was up 22.8%

Days on Market decreased 41.5%
